Version 8.20
What's new
InScope-AML version 8.20 will start being rolled out to our cloud environments in December 2025. On-premise environments will receive these updates shortly after and may be updated along with previous versions.
Policy Documents – DocGen
InScope users with Screening V2 are now able to generate and view up to date documentation with their complete Customer Risk assessment, Jurisdiction Risk Assessment, and Screening Policy methodology reflective of their system settings and configuration.
These new options can be accessed from the ‘Settings’ tab, in the ‘Account’ section, in the page ‘Policy Documents’.

From this screen, you are able to download a .PDF or .DOCX version of any of these documents. Each of these documents include the respective methodology and associated risk scoring.

There are three types of documentation available:
- The JRA (Jurisdiction Risk Assessment) Methodology, which provides a comprehensive list of all sources used in assessing jurisdictional risk, as well as how that data is classified, grouped, and associated with risk scoring.
- The CRA (Customer Risk Assessment) Methodology, which describes applicability, the risk scoring and classifications, and provides information about every risk pillar and each of its corresponding scored risk factors.
- The Screening Policy Methodology, which outlines the adopted procedures for screening frequency, all of the data sources, and all of their respective screening specifics.
It is also possible to see and access a full history of all prior document versions.

InScope-AML users may also get in touch with support at support@inscope-aml.com to customize the document templates.
N.B. InScope users with Screening V1 do not have this feature enabled by default, but can request it by getting in touch with support at support@inscope-aml.com.
Minor Changes
- Two new segment filter conditions; ‘Registration/Setup Date’ and ‘Rejected Date’ were added to allow segmentation based on registration or set up date for legal entities and segmentation of clients based on the rejection dates.
Bug Fixes
- Fixed situations where 2-character long options could not be used in multi-select fields.
- Fixed visual rounding errors in completed risk assessments.
- Other minor back-end fixes & changes.
